More and more businesses are finding it increasingly difficult to cope with the range of employment payroll legislation. With the added burden caused by the introduction of Real Time Information (RTI) and the Auto-Enrolment (AE) pension requirements, it makes commercial and financial sense to outsource this work.
From our Exeter and Exmouth offices, Thompson Jenner’s dedicated Payroll Services team act for numerous businesses and organisations across Devon and the South West, providing a complete payroll service which includes real-time PAYE submissions and Auto-Enrolment administration.
Our friendly and professional Payroll Services team is only a phone call or email away, whenever you need help or advice with any payroll queries or issues.
We offer a completely confidential, cost-effective and tailored service that includes:
In April 2013, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) introduced a new way of reporting PAYE, known as Real Time Information, or RTI. Businesses have to submit information electronically to HMRC for PAYE, NIC and student loans, etc., every time they pay employees and not just once a year. We are experienced in dealing with RTI, allowing our clients to feel completely confident that their systems are fully compliant with the law.
From October 2012, changes started to take place on how pensions would be provided in the UK, with the emphasis falling on employers to enroll staff automatically into a pension scheme and make contributions into that scheme. The changes undoubtedly have had financial and administrative implications for businesses and our experience shows that the earlier you can plan for these, the better you will be able to minimise any issues that might occur or any unbudgeted costs. Thompson Jenner has the expertise, processes and software tools in place to deal with your AE obligations and will minimise your administrative burden.
